The interior layout of the house is similar to a town house, there are three floors. On the first there is a downstairs living room, on the second floor there is the dining room, master bed/bath, bedroom two, bedroom three and second bath, and on the third there is the upstairs living room, the greenhouse, and the exit to the backyard.

Internet is not provided. Renter must pay for gas and electric. Sewage, water and garbage is included in the base rent.

Pets are acceptable, but a deposit maybe required depending on number of pets and type.

There is free parking in the driveway. The garage is occupied and used for storage, but it maybe open for use depending on need. Price of using the two door garage use will have to be negotiated.
