The master bedroom on the second floor has an expanded closet and the main full bath has been completely remodeled, with a shower kit added to the original claw foot tub. Both spare bedrooms have surprisingly large closets for this era of home. The basement is full, and is dry, with a newer man door added to where an old garage door used to be. The gas boiler is in very good condition as well as the gas hot water heater. Laundry is in the basement with a two sided slop sink and a gas dryer that will remain. There is an attached outdoor storage shed with a manual lawn mower that will remain. This house is so cute, we can barely stand it. We are hoping you will feel the same.
