Do you want to live somewhere special? In this price range unique properties with charm are hard to find. Morningside on the Lake is a unique condo development where most of the units (including this one!) feature beautiful creek / stream and wooded view. Why settle for just a condo. This is one of my favorite types of properties. It's in good, but fairly original condition. You save money by not paying for someone else's upgrades but it's in good enough condition that you can move right in and do you own upgrades at your own pace.
