This apartment is located just 4 blocks from the beach in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach. South of Fifth, also known as SoFi, is a quiet, extremely safe, historic neighborhood with classic Art Deco architecture, surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants, and just steps from Ocean Drive, the heart of the famous Miami Beach nightlife. With a Walk Score of 97, daily errands, nightlife, the beach, cafes, and dining are within walking distance. With a Bike Score of 87, it's very bike friendly, with a nearby bike shop and city bike rentals. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown Miami and Biscayne Blvd. Most activities are within walking distance, otherwise Uber or Lyft are recommended for getting around.
