The main entrance has approximately 6 steps, with handrails on each side, leading up to the front door. Note there are six levels in the house, with only 5-6 steps between each level.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional appliances, dual wine fridges, and a complimentary Nespresso and Keurig coffee station. Enjoy a steam shower, cedar sauna, indoor jetted tub, wood-burning stove, and a rec room with a built-in wet-bar and foosball table. Smart TVs, indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and high-speed Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment. The property features 2000 sq. ft. multi-level decks, a 7-person hot tub, a pro-sand volleyball court, outdoor dining, a fire pit, a grill, and a heated outdoor shower. All supplies are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.
Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway, with overflow parking free and available nearby. The property is dog-friendly, allowing up to four adult house-trained dogs with fees of $79 for a 2-night stay, $29 per night for a 3-night stay, or $200 per week. Early check-in at 1:30pm CST and late checkout at 1pm CST may be available for an additional fee.

The property enforces neighborhood quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If neighbors are disturbed, tenants may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are allowed except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. No smoking is allowed inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. Parking on the street is not permitted.
