If neighbors are disturbed, tenants may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9PM. Small wireless Bluetooth speakers are allowed except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. No smoking is allowed inside or within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. Parking on the street is not permitted.
