This apartment offers an unparalleled experience with its massive wrap-around porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a book. The spacious living room features high ceilings, a sofa bed, chairs, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals at home. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom that also opens to the living room. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with full-size beds and a half bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided. Street parking is available in the front or side of the house, and there is a shared parking lot at the rear of the property.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Only 15 minutes to Fort Moore, this very quiet and residential neighborhood ensures you and your friends and family are safe and secure.
The apartment is part of a historic duplex, so there may be guests in the front unit, but each unit is fully separate. The door has a code for maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and pets must be crated when left unattended. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found will result in cleaning charges.
