Summary of Soil Evaluation/Notes.The soil test reports settling of the house with a tilt towards the rear of the property. It also goes on to report that settling occurred with in the first 10 years after construction and has mostly likely ceased given the current structure loading. Practically, that has resulted in a four-inch (+/-) lean from under the soffit to ground level, a height of fifteen feet. There is no binding with windows or doors and no cracks in the foundation.
