I loved this house for many reasons.
The large front yard set back from the street
The spacious backyard with the fence in the back
Plenty of room for RV on side of the house
The large window in the Livingroom giving us a view of the front
When I walked upstairs, I loved the layout of the upstairs living and dining room
A large mudroom /laundry room with a big area for storage
A large multipurpose room/family room downstairs for gathering. We used it for a ping pong table with couch and TV. We have used it lately for an office. Perfect to work remotely.
I loved the outside decks, especially the front one so I could watch people walk by and enjoy the sunshine
The sunny southern exposure for the Livingroom and front bedroom.
We have greatly enjoyed seeing moose in the neighborhood
We enjoyed hiking areas around the area, like Settler's Bay Nature Area
