Winter Park is only 90 miles from Denver International Airport, and Amtrak runs regularly from downtown Denver to Winter Park/Fraser, so you may not need a car at all.
This vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a great ski vacation. The townhouse features luxurious and spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private hot tub, large oversized garage, fireplaces, heating, washer/dryer, flat-screen TVs, dining area, balcony, Weber grill, and mountain views. You'll feel at home in this roomy space, perfect for two families to share and enjoy a memorable vacation.
Parking is available for two cars, with space for one large SUV in the garage and one on the driveway. There is plenty of parking close by for more cars.
Winter Park offers a prime location with easy access to local attractions such as Winter Park Ski Resort (2 miles), Pole Creek Golf Course (10 miles), Colorado Adventure Park (2 miles), Fraser Tubing Hill (1.7 miles), Village Cabriolet Ski Lift (3.3 miles), Eldora Mountain Resort (10.2 miles), and Grand Park Community Rec Center (a 5-minute walk).
The minimum age of the primary renter is 30. Guests must climb stairs to access the property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with a mix of full-time residents and vacation rentals. No loud noise or disturbances are permitted, with a strict 10:00 pm noise curfew. This is not a party house, and renters need to be quiet and respectful of their neighbors and their privacy. The homeowners association does not allow guests to have pets, and there are fines for not following the rules. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
This home is an ideal work-from-home destination with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, and tables throughout the house so you can shelter in place and still get work done. A laptop computer is not included.
