71 Maple Street, is a hardwood floored, extended Cape so it a good bit larger than a traditional cape. The square footage does not include the 900 sq ft dry, very large basement.

The First Floor is freshly refinished hardwood floors throughout, except for the Kitchen and First Floor Bath which have new ceramic tile.
