Hollow Oak Place is located just minutes from local breweries, parks, shopping centers, and casual dining spots. It's a quick drive to The Domain, Austin’s second downtown, with shopping, bars, Top Golf, and more. You're also close to Downtown Austin for live music, restaurants, Lady Bird Lake, and nightlife, and near Arboretum, Q2 Stadium, and Lake Travis. Enjoy easy access to major highways for day trips to Hill Country wineries. Guests will enjoy convenient access to nearby highways like 183, MoPac, and SH-45.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM. If signs of smoking or vaping are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, a $75 cleaning fee applies. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
