Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Hollow Oak Place is in a family-friendly neighborhood with long-term residents, so please be respectful at all times. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a cleaning fee of $150 applies if these rules are not followed. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and if signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space. If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, a $75 cleaning fee applies. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
