Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and paid after booking is complete during digital check-in. The fee does not cover damages or accidents caused by pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair damages. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and the rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
