Far from the typical split floor plan home, this 2,471 SF under air home with more than 3,400 SF total, features a formal living room, large great room off the kitchen with a gas fireplace, wonderful breakfast nook with a bright view of the pool, a formal dining area, 2.5 baths, oversized bedrooms, and the master bedroom suite includes a sitting area of 12 x 9 with a double door to the lanai & pool. The kitchen was recently remodeled with stone tops, wood cabinets, a handy island with sink and electrical outlets, and upgraded appliances all highlighted by a skylight. The AC was replaced in 2018 and the Roof replaced in 2015. The home also has solar panels for the upgraded hot water system. We found this fully furnished home to be one of the cleanest homes we have ever inspected. The areas of the home with real wood flooring appeared to never have been walked on and in perfect shining condition. Very impressive to say the least and no one ever smoked here or had pets. The whopping 16 x 32 pool has a screen enclosure over the huge pool deck and covered lanai measuring 28 x 42 and which features a summer kitchen and a skylight! The pool area enjoys sun most hours of the day and the entire 1-acre lot seems much more private than most in the neighborhood. A must-see Citrus Hills Classic!
