Silver Beach is an old fashion family resort area in the village of Jamesville with mail service from the Town of Exmore. It got its name for the sparkling waters with diamond reflections off the Chesapeake Bay. So come take off your shoes, put on some flips and board shorts, enjoy the private beach on the bay, go fishing or kayaking. YMCA Camp Silver beach is just up the beach. Lots of sleeping arrangements upstairs just like a camp bunkroom. Master bedroom and bath down stairs with outside shower. Many of the cottages are used for summer only - some live locally, transfer from one family member to the next. This Cottage was remolded and the last addition, they took out the kitchen but didn't put it back after the addition was added . This is a tight nit community that has lots of energy and parties and an outdoor church. The price of this house was based on an appraisal. Silver Beach is the best place to be - Summer or Year Round!
