The cozy living room is complete with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV with countless entertainment options including new movie releases, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, ESPN, and Pandora, which can be enjoyed through the surround sound speakers. Free wireless internet is provided and an Amazon Echo is available to answer all your questions. The space is stocked with everything you need for a carefree stay, including all linens, towels, and hygiene products. Coffee is provided for free.

Countless restaurants, bars, museums, and sports venues are nearby, and other popular neighborhoods are close by. The apartment is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters. There are many public bus stops close by, and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot. Walking and Uber are great ways to get around as well.
The apartment is in a very secure location and requires a few steps to gain entry. You will have to enter a code to get inside the gate to the parking garage, retrieve keys, and then head up to the unit. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code. No partying or excessive noise is allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
