Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description, with babies under the age of two not included in this count. There is a strict no-parties or large gathering policy, and violations such as throwing a party, damaging the unit, or having unreported extra guests will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and any noise complaints may lead to a $300 fee and termination of the reservation without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will incur a $350 maintenance fee and eviction. There is zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. Evidence of smoking after checkout will result in an additional $500 fee. The front door must not be left unlocked or open at any time.
