Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and any noise complaints may lead to a $300 fee and termination of the reservation without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will incur a $350 maintenance fee and eviction. There is zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. Evidence of smoking after checkout will result in an additional $500 fee. The front door must not be left unlocked or open at any time. Early or late checkouts may be accommodated for a fee and by request only, with a $100 fee for unauthorized late checkouts after 11:00 AM.
