Smoking is prohibited inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee for any evidence of smoking. Stays of 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500, with utility caps and overages charged to a credit card on file. All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
