• History of past rent payments that have been made on time as verified by current and past property managers.
• Names, Ages, DOB, SS#’s and Cellphone #’s of all who will live with you,
• Your desired move-in date,
• Number of years of rental history,
• Phone number(s), email address, cell number, and any other information that would be helpful to us in processing your application.
