For remote work, it is recommended to have a hot spot as service interruptions and outages can't be controlled. The Wi-Fi, while strong, is meant for casual browsing and some streaming and is not intended for heavy, multiple device usage. This property is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors and families all around, so expect the normal amount of family "noise" as you would from any other suburban neighborhood.
