The owners (The Loudon family) live in the upstairs of the house. We are a busy family so expect to hear reasonable noise from regular apartment living (footsteps, cabinet doors closing, slider doors opening and closing, etc during regular hours (our quiet time is 12pm-6:00am), as well as coqui frogs at night and potentially roosters in the morning.
