No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. Our home features privacy-safe noise monitors that measure decibel levels without recording audio, and tampering with these devices will result in a fine.
