Credit score of 650-699 will require the deposit to 1.5x
Credit score of 550-649 will require the deposit to double.
Credit score of 549 or less will not be eligible.
Co-signers/Grantors must have a credit score of 700 to be eligible.



Total occupancy for unrelated adults is 4
Total occupancy for any combination of family is based upon bedrooms quantity; 2 per bedroom + 1. For example: 3 bedrooms would allow 7 people.
