The condo is not a standalone building, but one unit in a 4 unit building. Two ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES in front of the unit. There is no garage, carport, pool/healthclub/clubhouse amenities on the condo complex. This is part of how the rent cost is kept low compared to others. I often recommend that residents who want these amenities should purchase memberships to pool, Lifetime fitness, CA Fitness, Planet Fitness etc as they are often less expensive and you aren't forced to continue paying the higher rent amount even if you stop using.

WATER is NOT included in the rent and must be paid separately. Gas heat, Central A/C, and electric stove. Phone/Cable/Internet depends on your options/choices, but Main Utilities average about $195 per month
