Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The villa is not baby-proofed, and no smoking or drugs are allowed on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, and no third-party bookings are permitted without written agreement.
