A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal.

This apartment enforces a strict no-smoking policy inside the unit. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Self check-in is available with a keyless smart lock for a seamless arrival. Guests will check in independently using a smart lock or lockbox, and some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email or message before arrival.
