This has been a wonderful family home for years. The home is spacious and all the rooms are large and the home is well planned. Wonderful living room with formal dining, great kitchen with eating bar plus informal dining area with family room. There's a wood deck outside the slider door and a very good sized yard. There's also a storage shed in the back and good sized RV parking beside the garage. It could be expanded behind the gate but the gate would have to be wider. Excellent school district. Although this is in a subdivision, to the left of the home across Beall Lane is a huge open area and there are wonderful views of the mountains to the south of the city. Home needs to a little work but all electrical work has been finished. This really is a great family home.
