There's also a storage shed in the back and good sized RV parking beside the garage. It could be expanded behind the gate but the gate would have to be wider. Excellent school district. Although this is in a subdivision, to the left of the home across Beall Lane is a huge open area and there are wonderful views of the mountains to the south of the city. Home needs to a little work but all electrical work has been finished. This really is a great family home.
