OCEAN VIEWS INTO THE BAY! I was blown away by the view... just couldn't take my eyes off the cruise ship anchored in the Bay the last time I was in this lovely home. It is Malulani's Lehua model, the two story with cathedral ceilings on the upper floor where the main living areas are situated. The covered lanai at the entry is large enough to entertain several friends. There is a spectacular ocean view from the kitchen work space too. I can hardly wait to show you the new flooring, a laminate called Rustic Aspen that looks a lot like mango wood. Upstairs you will also find a powder room for guests and a relaxing master suite with views! I asked if there was a separate shower and tub, the husband said, No, just a shower but I shower outside so I guess you could say we have Separate Showers! Pretty quickly we were in the back yard where I found a rock wall enclosing a rain shower with such lush tropical landscape that it reminded me of the fern grotto in Kauai. This "original" owner purchased the home new and has carefully maintained it. But there is more! The big covered lanai has great ocean views across the pasture land adjoining the rear of the property. A rock retaining wall cuts the back yard nearly in half. A metal fence on top of the rock wall keeps everyone from dropping off into the waterway and pasture below. Mature coconut palms along the far property line frame the ocean view. You really have to see it to appreciate the beauty of this very private yard. Back inside on the lower floor there are two bedrooms (one is used as a media room) and a full bath. In addition there is an over sized two car garage with another large space where the laundry is located. The home has central air but the breezes are so consistent you may seldom use it.
