You have any questions or worries, there is an onsite resident manager. The oversized master bedroom with it’s huge spa like walk-in shower will rejuvenate you. Planning on having company? There is another full bathroom with a tup/shower for guests. They won’t have their own room but you don’t want them to comfortable anyway. :)
Only going to be here part time? Lock the door and go. You could also vacation rent your condo because it is allowed by the homeowner’s association and is in compliance with the new Hawaii State rules for vacation rentals.
