Welcome to Kona Pacific and the heart of Kailua Kona. Kona Pacific is so close to everything you may not even want a car. But if you do your car will be protected in the underground/building parking lot. When you are ready to leave, you can take one of the elevators down and with a 7 minute walk you are at Honl’s Beach where you can surf, SCUBA, snorkel or just relax on the sand. When you return home there isn’t a care in the world because you place has tile floors throughout and new appliances. Relax on your covered wrap around lanai. You don’t have yard work to do because it’s taken care of for you. As well as maintenance, insurance, basic cable, water and there are trash shoots! You have any questions or worries, there is an onsite resident manager. The oversized master bedroom with it’s huge spa like walk-in shower will rejuvenate you. Planning on having company? There is another full bathroom with a tup/shower for guests. They won’t have their own room but you don’t want them to comfortable anyway. :)
Only going to be here part time? Lock the door and go. You could also vacation rent your condo because it is allowed by the homeowner’s association and is in compliance with the new Hawaii State rules for vacation rentals.
