The access is easy and there are absolutely no stairs! Being on the end, you have a nice bank of floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom, and a smaller window in the shower, which allows not only good ventilation, but adds lots of daylight. This unit also overlooks the oceanfront saltwater pool in front of Kona By the Sea, which is quite an exciting spectacle when the surf is high and crashes over the sides and into the pool! You'll even find little reef fish swimming around in the pool. Something to write home about!
