Unit 2 is a small (approx 270 sq ft) one-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the second floor (stairs, no elevator) on the west side of this antique Maine apartment building in the Winthrop Historic District. Unit 2 is a single-person (one adult) occupancy apartment; one indoor only cat is permitted (no dogs, one cat only). The entire property, indoors and out, is non-smoking.

This is a month-to-month tenancy. A security deposit of $1400.00, plus first month's rent of $700.00, are due on signing. Rent includes heat, water and hot water, trash pickup and recycling pickup. Tenants pay for all their other utilities (phone, cable, wifi) and their own electricity. On-street parking; during a snow-removal parking ban, tenants park on the lawn on the Court St side of the building; one car/motor vehicle per apartment is permitted (no boats, trailers, RVs, etc.).

The apartment comprises a kitchen about 100" x 86", a sitting area about 145" x 88", a bedroom about 104" x 143" (with a closet about 30" deep by at least 42" long), and a bathroom about 67" x 41". (The rack shown over the toilet is NOT included in the apartment.)

There is a second entrance to the apartment from Sewall Street through the glassed-in/screened (summertime) porch. There is a paved courtyard on the east side (Sewall Street side) of the building available for tenant use.
