One small-breed dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a refundable pet deposit of $500 and an additional $50 per month pet fee. All dogs must be registered with the Association's Managing Agent, submit a cheek swab DNA sample along with a $100 building registration fee, and comply with Association bylaws, rules and regulations.

Tenant is required to carry personal property and liability insurance (renters insurance) with a minimum of $100,000 of liability protection, in addition to sufficient coverage for your own furniture and belongings.
