Rice Cooker. Blender and all the pots & pans you need to make life comfortable. You can use tons of our spices and seasoning too.

Parking right in front of the building with $100/extra per month, subjected to availability. Otherwise street parking is available for free with city permit.
Short term rental (rent included internet, tv, electricity, A/C, water, maintenance fees)
5+ lease - $2500/month (plus electricity and internet) or $2700/month inclusive, 3-4 month lease - $2900/month, 0-2 month - $3200/month.
First & last month rent deposit required plus $1000 security deposit.

You don't have to arrive on the first or leave on the the last day of the month. Prorate will be calculated depending on the case and availability.
