There is a counter eat-in area by one of the two sliding doors in the family room. The wood burning stove provides excellent heat in the cooler weather and ambiance at other times. There is a wall furnace but the current owners have never used it. Upstairs has a queen bed and two singles. One can easily add two more singles for additional beds or just sleeping bags as needed. The property is being sold furnished as-is: bedding, dishes, decorations, TV, furniture, tools, fishing equipment (not excellent). They want you to be able to stay here the first night and start making memories. Sit by one of the two fire pits, use one of the motorized toys to ride the race around the property. There are two make-shift teepees on the property. The owners have done a good job over the years of keeping up with the downed trees and making large wood piles by the fire pits. The stove and oven are propane fueled and the water heater is electric and simple.
