A mountain biking trail is near by which comes from Government Camp. The cabin is located in the Mt. Hood National Forest on leased land. Leased land in the forest can only be used for second home ownership, so no full time residency or Airbnb rentals. This location is about an hour from Portland and even less to the airport!
