A brand new architextural shingle roof was installed in 2021 and comes with a free transferable 15 year warranty. A new water softner/purifier was installed in 2021. The large pool was completely resurfaced in 2021. New hurricane shutters in 2021. A new lanai ceiling was installed to compliment the refinished pool. Inside the home, even more updating has taken place. Custom barn doors were installed in 2021 for the office. Custom built breakfast nook was installed in 2021 that truly makes the dining area stand out. New blinds were installed throughout the home in 2021.
