The pot filler above the range is tied directly into the hot water heater. The microwave and dishwasher are brand new. The granite counters are full one inch thick, spotted with garnets throughout. The cabinetry is premium quality with soft close drawers. The furnace, water heater and pressure tank are all brand new as is the state-of-the-art salt-less water softener which uses ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) to neutralize the alkalinity. The garage door is also brand new. In the back yard there is a chicken coup, horse shelter, tack room and storage shed. The back yard also contains two peach trees, two pear trees, and three apple trees. There is also an impressive 1200 sq ft. workshop that has an epoxy floor for super easy cleanup, a 12 ft. high roll-up door, and two 220 drops for welding or other applications.
