Wow this is hard to find 3 family home that has a brand new roof, vinyl siding, newer windows, not a short sale, can close in days, this has on 1st floor and 2nd 5 rooms the front room has been turned into bedroom with closets so you can rent as 3 bedrooms, newer kitchens, baths, and hardwood flooring. 3rd floor has 1 large bedroom and 2nd bedroom is small with skylight but no closet. The heating systems are hot air. This is close to bus line, Metro North Train, I95. Bridgeport features multiple parks and one of the largest seaside park right on Long Island Sound. There are 4 electrical meters so this appears to have the required house meter.

But, there was some damage to ceilings from the former roof that leaked and a few places hardwood buckled some freeze damage. Therefore, this is best as a cash deal or 203K FHA, which for 3 families larger down is required and reserves. The hot water heaters might have freeze damage we don't know. Seller will not activate heating or plumbing this is an AS IS sale all buyers must due their own due diligence regarding the legal use and all other issues. A little sweat equity will make this a true winner.
