Very pet friendly building, with easy parking - the lot is rental only, and a space permit is $20/car. Visitor parking is in the back lot (and free!) and delivery parking is at the front entrance. Nearby, you're walking distance to the Takoma Library & Community Center, the Bodega is on the corner, and a short bike distance away from the Co-Op Grocery, Downtown Takoma and the Takoma Metro (everything is about a mile away).
