The property offers optional pool heating for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs allowed, subject to a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Emotional Support Animals are also subject to the pet fee, while ADA-registered service animals are exempt. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles, and the golf cart is included with your stay.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. The property does not allow student groups or guests under age 25 without a parent or guardian. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets to avoid additional fees. The golf cart requires a waiver to be filled out prior to arrival, and drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance. Pool heating is available for a seasonal fee upon request. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and events and parties are not permitted. Trash must be taken to the curb on designated days to avoid additional charges.
