This apartment is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee based on stay length may be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You may be asked to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building.
