No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony, with a $250 charge enforced for odor removal. Trailer, RV, Box Truck, and Watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applicable for violations. Pets must be house-trained, leashed in common areas, cleaned up after, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees to avoid repair charges. Any issues must be disclosed during the stay, or guests will be held liable for damages. The property is rented as-is, with no refunds issued for any reason.
