Anchors Up is a second-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the sought-after Sandpiper Cove Resort. Enjoy a cool beverage right outside your living room overlooking a hole of the 9-hole course. Inside, there's plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining table for four, and a breakfast bar with seating for two in an open-concept layout. Relax on the trendy vinyl sofa that converts to a queen-size bed with a top-of-the-line commercial-grade mattress. The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin bunks.
Pets are welcome with a one-time $50 fee for up to two pets. The resort offers 24-hour guarded and gated community access, community charcoal grills, and a single cup and full pot coffee maker and Keurig for coffee lovers. Full-size stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, and stove, are provided.
Just a few minutes' walk to the gated beach with 1,100 feet of private beach access, this apartment is ideally located for beach lovers. On-site fine dining at Louisiana Lagniappe overlooks the water, and a water taxi service to Destin Harborwalk Village adds convenience. This is a second-floor condo with no elevator access, requiring a stairway to enter. No early check-in is allowed unless communicated otherwise on the day of arrival. Check-in is after 4 PM Central Standard Time, and check-out is at 10 AM. No additional guests are permitted beyond the number booked. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony, with a $250 charge enforced for odor removal. Trailer, RV, Box Truck, and Watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applicable for violations. Pets must be house-trained, leashed in common areas, cleaned up after, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees to avoid repair charges. Any issues must be disclosed during the stay, or guests will be held liable for damages. The property is rented as-is, with no refunds issued for any reason.
The master bedroom includes a bonus area that can be utilized as a vanity or a remote work-friendly built-in desk space. A laptop computer is not included.
