Proper disposal of outside ash/trash is required to avoid a $500 cleaning charge. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with Smart Lock access, and local co-hosts are available for on-site support if needed. Weekly check-ins for mid-term guests ensure comfort.
