With a spectacular interior and exterior, this home has been designed with stylish furnishings throughout. In the backyard, you’ll find a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a spacious poolside deck, and a furnished patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring standard appliances, cooking essentials, and plenty of counter space and cabinets.
Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, and additional parking is available on the neighborhood streets. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The house is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and two living rooms, one of which includes a desk, providing ample space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
