Parking is available at $10 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee.
The apartment offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area to accommodate your work-from-home needs. A laptop computer is not included.
