The spacious back yard features a raised vegetable garden and huge pool and spa. The pumps, filter and heater appear to be in good condition, but the pool, spa and decking need repair. The full length pergola needs paint and the some of the exterior stucco appears in need of repair. Most of the interior is move- in- ready but could use some TLC here and there. Some closet doors are missing. The guest bath toilet is new. HVAC replaced in 2014. Water Heater replaced in 2016. This one needs some work but with all the upgrades you're not starting from scratch.
