Shared spaces are the front door, the washer/dryer(located in the downstairs kitchen), the back yard, and the garage. We do laundry every few weeks and are flexible on usage so we aren’t a nuisance! Fenced-in backyard includes string lights, sun shade, and fire pit.

We are a young professional couple living upstairs, both 30 years old. An engineer (hybrid remote) and an operations manager (full-time remote). We do just about every sport available to Colorado. We throw occasional dinner parties and grill-outs but are generally low-key around the house. We have a very affectionate dog(a labradoodle that looks like Master Splinter) but he’s not allowed in your space unless you’d like him to be.
