As of May 2022A note from the Sellers: ''Living on a cul-de-sac street in a very desirable neighborhood was the best decision we could have made as a newly married couple. Our now 20 and 16 year olds were raised on this street with the best neighbors around. Within walking distance to the pool, playground area, and tennis courts, we spent a lot of time at those amenities throughout the years. Our home's lot size is .933 of an acre; the enormity of our lot afforded us many opportunities to host special events as well as routine gatherings on Sundays, but also has given us an immense amount of privacy as we have left half of it wooded. The expansive deck off of the kitchen was a comfortable asset for all of our guests. The kitchen opening up into the living room was especially beneficial as we hosted and fed an average of 40 college students in our home, weekly, for 10 of the 22 years we have lived here. When we needed overflow space, they sat in the upstairs hallway which overlooks the living area. The versatility of the rooms upstairs fit the ever-changing needs of our teens. For instance, in addition to two large bedrooms, there are two ''flex'' rooms. The FROG, which was originally our office, is now our son's bedroom which perfectly fits his needs as a musician (it's huge and we can't hear him! Likewise, the room at the top of the stairs has been a nursery, a guest room, a school room, and is currently the teens' hang out place! This house has truly grown with us! We would have to say that one of our favorite parts of this home is the side door entry. We love ''back door'' friends who let themselves in! We always knew it was someone special at the door when either there was a knock at the side door, or it just flew on open! This home has been a blessing and we used it as such. We look forward to knowing that it will be loved and shared with others!''
