Deposit would be 1st and last months rent, $500 cleaning deposit. $250 for a pet
Only added bills are 1/2 electric (heat)and if you want to use the direct tv 1/2 of that. The property is not safe for children. We have a river, steep incline in back, high balconies, and wildlife in abundance.
