The building was built in 1960 and was completely remodeled in 2009. The 18 units are on 2 floors above our architectural office with elevator and stair access. The small and large efficiencies are for single occupancy. The one bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of 2 people. Each unit comes with a locked personal storage unit conveniently located across the hallway. Each floor has a laundry room. All lease contract are for 1 year. The building provides secure entry and video surveillance. There are limited assigned parking stalls available for $50.00 monthly. There is no smoking/vaping. Pets/animals are not allowed.
